Once you have booked your appointment, you will see here that your online consultation has been activated. Simply click "Continue to Chat" to start your online chat session with the doctor.
Can I get a prescription after consultation?

Yes. Once the consultation is completed, Doctor will share the prescription and you will get it through your registered email address.
How long will online consultation remain activated?

For chat-based consultations, the online session will remain active for three days until the consultation is concluded. For calls or Google Meet sessions, the online consultation will be active for thirty minutes.
How can I reschedule my consultation?

When the appointment is confirmed, the details are shared with both the doctor and the patient. To reschedule your appointment, you need to cancel the appointment from the order status page and book a new appointment as per your convenience.
