Currently, we have two types of shipping policies.

A. Domestic Shipping Policy (In India)

B. International Shipping Policy (Outside India)

 

A. Domestic Shipping Policy (In India)

You can place your order, and we will ship your package through the available courier services to your location safely.

 

    A.1 Shipment processing time -
    All orders are processed within 24 hours. If you select the shipping method "Pickup from store counter", your order will be ready within two hours of your purchase. 

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


    A.2 Shipping rates & delivery estimates -
    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are based on your selected item quantities, the location of your shipping address, and the courier services available for that shipment. The actual time may differ according to your shipment. You can find all the details in your email after the fulfilment of your order.

    Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


    A.3 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking -
    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    A.4 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    All prices shown on janakalyanhomoeopathy.com are inclusive of all Taxes. No extra charges will be collected at the time of delivery. 


    A.5 Damages -
    If you received your order damaged, please contact us at sales@janakalyanhomoeopathy.com or call us at 8763740528 within 24 hours from the time of delivery. We will inspect the case and let you know about the process. You can avail of a refund or replacement for damaged shipments. If a refund is applicable, then the refund amount will be calculated according to our Return and Refund policies. After 24 hours, we will not be responsible for any damage claim on that shipment. 

    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We may ask for a photocopy of that shipment for verification. 


    B. International Shipping Policy (Outside India)

    We cover almost all major countries and safely deliver homoeopathic medicines to our customers within 6-10 days of order confirmation, depending on the shipping address. We use FedEx, Aramex International, UPS courier services, DHL Express, Delhivery, and many more to deliver your packages to your location within the specified time. The prices shown on our website are in Indian currency (INR).  Shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. For international shipments, sometimes you need to share a valid prescription and a copy of your passport document to import the medicines into your country while adhering to your country's customs rules and regulations. If you don't have a prescription, you can share your details to get the prescription from us. You need to upload the documents on the cart page, or you will be informed of all the details through your registered email address. All the medicines will be dispatched only after full payment of your order. If your bank or credit card company does not support INR currency, then contact us. We will generate a payment link with your local currency and send you an email to complete the payment. Standard exchange rates will be applied. We are accepting over 100 currencies from any part of the world with real-time currency conversion.

    B.2 Shipping rates & delivery estimates -
    Shipping charges are based on your selected item quantities, the location of your shipping address, and the courier services available for that shipment. You can find the shipping rates on the checkout page after entering your full address. These shipping charges only cover the shipping costs from India to your country. It does not include any additional charges such as customs fees, insurance fees, charges for Out of Delivery Areas (ODA), or fees for changing address or contact information, etc.. If any additional charges apply to your shipment, you must pay them before the delivery attempt. The actual delivery time may vary based on your shipment. For international shipments, please allow 6 to 10 days for delivery to your location. You can find all the details in your email during the fulfilment of your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable; only product prices can be refunded if any refund applies to your shipment.

    Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


    B.3 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking -
    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with the tracking number(s), once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    While shipping to some countries, your package may get assigned to different courier services to reach your destination city from time to time. All details will be shared with you through your email address when tracking details are updated. 

     

    B.4 Documentation for International Shipping -

    For all international shipments, two mandatory documents must be presented to the customs authorities of both the dispatching country and the destination country. These documents are required for verification and to ensure smooth, delay‑free delivery of your medicines.

    1. Passport Copy – Required for identity verification.

    2. Prescription Copy – Mandatory for shipping medicines internationally.

    If you do not have a prescription, you may share your medical details with us. Our doctor will review the information and prepare a prescription for you. However, please note that some countries accept only prescriptions issued by a locally practicing doctor. In such cases, you must obtain a prescription from your local physician.

    Once we receive the required documents, your order will be dispatched, and you can expect delivery within 6–8 days. Without these documents, customs will not release the medicines, and the package cannot be delivered.

    In certain countries, customs authorities may request additional health‑related documents or permits before releasing the shipment. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary medical documents and permissions required by your country’s customs department to receive your package.

     

     

    B.5 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    All prices shown on janakalyanhomoeopathy.com are inclusive of sales Taxes. Sometimes, a customs charge is applied to your shipment to import your ordered items into your country. If any Custom charge is applied to that shipment, then it will be charged extra to you at the time of delivery. The assigned courier partner will contact you to pay the customs charges before a delivery attempt. If you do not pay the customs charges for your shipment, your package may be held in your country's customs department until the payment is made. They may return the shipment, or abandon it, or discard the package. In that case, you will also not be eligible for any refund against that order from our end.

     

    B.6 Shipment falls under ODA -

    Shipping charges shown on our website doesn't include any ODA (Out of Delivery Area) charges. If there is an international shipment with a shipping address that falls under ODA (Out of Delivery Area), the customer must pay the ODA charge before processing the order. Our team will inform the customer about the ODA charge applicable to that order. If the customer fails to pay the ODA charge, then the order may get canceled, and a refund will be processed as per the return and refund policies.


    B.7 Damages -

Shipping costs are non-refundable; only product prices can be refunded if any refund applies to your order.
