How can I place an Order?

How can I know, my order got confirmed?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can also login to your account with your registered email address to check the status of your order.
When will you ship my order?
We generally try to ship the order within 24 hours of receipt. In case of special promotions, there might be longer shipping lead times due to the nature of promotion. Please check the product page of the particular promotion for more details in that case.
When will I get my order?
Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location. Your order expected delivery date should vary between 4-8 days. You can also simply check your estimated delivery date on the checkout page.
How can I track my order?
Login with your email id and click on the respective order number to find the details. Once there, click on the tracking number to track your package.
I have placed an order, but not yet received the shipping confirmation mail with tracking details. What should I do?
If you have not received any notification after confirmation of your order, please login to your account with your registered email address to see the status of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT RELATED FAQS
What is the estimated delivery date for International Shipments?
Usually, it takes 6-8 days to deliver international shipments. After fulfilling your order, you will get a tracking number with a link on your registered email address to track your shipment.
Through which courier, you will dispatch my medicines to my country?
It depends on the courier services available in your country. We use Aramex International, FedEx, UPS courier services, DHL express, Delhivery, and many more.
Sometimes, your package may get assigned to different couriers to reach your destination while sending abroad. You will be notified with the tracking details on your registered email address.
Are there any custom charges will be applied on my shipment?
The charges for customs vary depending on the country. If any customs fees are applied to your shipment, you will need to pay them before the delivery of your package.
Is this possible to update my address on international order?
Yes. It can only be done before the dispatch of your shipment. After dispatching, this cannot be possible to update the address.
I am unable to pay the amount. My Bank and Credit card does not support INR currency. What should I do?
To pay the amount, your bank account/credit card company must support INR currency. If not, then contact us, We will create an invoice with your local currency, so that it will be easy for you to pay the amount. We accept 100 major currencies from all over the globe.

Is there any documents required to send medicines abroad?
Yes. A copy of your passport and a copy of your prescription is required. These documents are required for the customs clearance in destination country. If you do not have a prescription, then you can contact us to get a prescription from our doctor regarding your health issues.
