How can I place an Order?

To make a purchase, simply click on the "ADD TO CART" button located on the product page. Afterward, proceed to the checkout to complete your order.

How can I know, my order got confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email and SMS. You can also login to your account with your registered email address to check the status of your order.

When will you ship my order?

We generally try to ship the order within 24 hours of receipt. In case of special promotions, there might be longer shipping lead times due to the nature of promotion. Please check the product page of the particular promotion for more details in that case.

When will I get the order delivered to me?

Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location. Your order expected delivery date should vary between 4-8 days. You can also simply check your estimated delivery date on the checkout page.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes. You can. Simply, login with your email id and click on the respective order number to find the details. Once there, click on the tracking number to track your order.

How can I place an order with Cash on Delivery (COD)?

If your order is eligible for Cash on Delivery, then you will find the Cash on delivery (COD) option on checkout page after filling in your complete address. Otherwise, you need to pay the amount to confirm your order.

I have placed an order, but not yet received the shipping confirmation mail with tracking details. What should I do?

If you have not received any notification after confirmation of your order, please login to your account with your registered email address to see the status of your order.

How can I get free shipping on my order?

"Free Shipping" offers are sometimes live. You can subscribe to our email to receive offers and promotions from time to time. Whenever free shipping is live, you can avail of free delivery on your purchases.

How can I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel any order, then please go to the order status page by signing in to your account or from the order confirmation email, and request for cancellation. Our team will cancel the order and will notify you with the update.

How secured my transaction is?

If my order got cancelled/unsuccessful after payment, then how can I get my money back?

If any order got canceled after successful payment, then refund will be initiated on the same day against your order. And usually, it takes up to 5-7 business days for the credit to reflect in your account after initiating refund.

What is the estimated delivery date for International Shipments?

Usually, it takes 12-15 days to deliver international shipments. All the details will be shared through your email address and mobile number once your order get fulfilled.

Through which courier, you will dispatch my medicines to my country?

It depends on the courier services available in your country. We use Aramex International, UPS courier services, DHL express and many more.

Are there any custom charges will be applied on my shipment?

The charges for customs vary depending on the country. If any customs fees are applied to your shipment, you will need to pay them before your package can be delivered.

Is this possible to update my address on international shipment?

No. If this is done, then there might be a delay or loss of your shipment.

I am unable to pay the amount. What should I do?

To pay the amount, your bank account/credit card company must support INR currency. If not, then inform us on janakalyanhomoeohall@gmail.com, we will create a payment link with your local currency. So that you can be able to complete your payment and confirm your order.

My Bank and Credit card does not support INR currency, then how can I pay?

Don't worry, if this happens, then please let us know. We will create an invoice with your local currency, so that it will be easy for you to pay the amount. We accept 100 major currencies from all over the globe.
