Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase and 7 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We may ask you to provide photocopies of the medicines you wish to return before initiating the return process. To return an item, you can initiate a return request from the respective order page.

Some health and personal care items, Gift cards, and Downloadable software products are non-returnable. You can see the details on the product page.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

For Return Shipping 
You should pack your item in its original packaging and keep it aside to return your product. Our concerned courier service team will collect the parcel from your location and deliver it to us. If a return shipment cannot be arranged for any reason, then you should mail your product to our address, JANAKALYAN HOMEOPATHY, BADAHAT, 754211 KENDRAPARA, OR, India

Return shipping is completely free if there is any leakage or damage, or if the item is not as described during delivery. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in that case. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item by yourself, then you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. And share the tracking details with the team after completing the return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  •  Medicines with obvious signs of use
  •  Medicine, Ointment, Syrup, Tonic, and Drops that have been opened
  •  Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  •  Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

 

Refunds on returned items(if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
If any order got cancelled before sending, which is not due to our error, then the refund amount will be calculated after deducting only 6% of your total order amount as a cancellation charge.

If an order gets cancelled during transit due to the buyer, then the refund amount will be calculated after deducting shipping charges, plus return shipping charges. A cancellation charge of 6% and packaging costs will also be deducted from that order.

If any package is returned or cancelled due to the incomplete address or the wrong address, then the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the shipping charges, plus return shipping charges. A cancellation charge of 6% and packaging costs will be deducted from that order. To verify your address, we may ask you for the address verification. You need to share a valid document that can confirm your shipping address. If we find that your address is completely correct, then a full refund will be issued at the earliest.

If any package is returned due to COVID-19 restrictions or any similar issues at the delivery address, then a partial refund will be applied after deducting the shipping charges plus return shipping charges. A cancellation charge of 6% and packaging costs will also be deducted from that order. We and our associates and delivery partners will try our best to serve you in this pandemic situation. 

Some of the medicines need a valid prescription to be processed. It will show you on the respective product page. Please note that a valid prescription means it should be a clear, visible document that shows the patient's details, the doctor's details, and the medicine details. If we find there is any dispute in your prescription, then we may cancel your order, and a cancellation charge of 6% will be deducted from your order amount.

For international shipments, certain documents are necessary for customs clearance and the international shipping of medicines, such as a valid passport and prescription. These documents will be requested on the cart page for submission with your order, or our team may request them via email if required. Failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your order, with a refund issued after a 6% cancellation fee is deducted from the total order amount.

If there is an international shipment with a shipping address that falls under ODA (Out of Delivery Area), the customer must pay the ODA charge before processing the order. Our team will inform the customer about the ODA charge applicable to that order. If the customer fails to pay the ODA charge, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued after deducting a 6% cancellation fee from the total order amount.

 

Refunds on Free Shipping Parcels (if applicable)

If an order was offered with free shipping and got cancelled during transit due to the buyer, then after receiving your return items, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the regular shipping prices plus return shipping prices per parcel from your total amount. A cancellation charge of 6% and packaging costs will also be deducted from that order.

 

Refunds, if applicable for International Shipments on additional charges

For International Shipments, if any refund applies to your order, only the product prices can be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Suppose any extra charges are applied to your shipment, like customs charges, address correction charges, mobile number correction charges, package return charges, etc. In that case, your refund amount will be calculated after deducting all those extra charges applied to your shipment. All the details will be shared with you at your registered email address. 


Damaged Shipment, if received -
If you have received your order in damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours from the time of delivery at sales@janakalyanhomoeopathy.com or call us at +918763740528. We will inspect the case and let you know about the further process. You can avail of a refund or replacement for damaged shipments. If a refund is applicable, then the refund amount will be calculated according to our Return and Refund policies. After 24 hours, we will not be responsible for any damage claim on that shipment. 

Please keep a photocopy of all the packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We may ask for a photocopy of that shipment for verification. 

 

In case of a Lost Shipment or Missing shipment

Usually, it does not happen. We take every order on a priority basis, and we do our best to deliver your packages within the estimated delivery period. We also assign one of our team members to look into every step of your shipment's journey until the shipment is delivered. But if any shipment is marked as LOST due to any issues arising during transit, then you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement for your order. Details will be shared with you at your registered email address and mobile number.

 

In case of a Lost Shipment or Missing shipment, which is not due to our error

If a shipment is marked as lost due to an incorrect mobile number or an incomplete/incorrect address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order, the refund will be issued after deducting the shipping charges. Shipping fees are non‑refundable, and only the product cost is eligible for refund.

For orders shipped under a free delivery offer, the refund will be calculated after deducting the standard shipping charges, as the free‑shipping benefit becomes void in such cases.

 

In case of shipment marked as Delivered, but you have not received it

Shipments are getting marked as delivered as per the update received from the ground team of the concerned courier partner. If an order has been marked as delivered on the tracking page, but you have not received it, then please send us an email at sales@janakalyanhomoeopathy.com or call us at +918763740528 within 24-48 hours of shipment marked as delivered, we will raise an investigation with the higher authority of the concerned courier partner and the ground team to know the exact status of your package, and we will try our best to arrange the delivery as soon as possible. Investigation cannot be done, after the said timeline period. After a successful investigation, whatever decision is made as per the policies, we will inform you, and if any refund or replacement is applicable for that shipment, you will get the notification on your registered email address and mobile number.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@janakalyanhomoeopathy.com and send your item to JANAKALYAN HOMEOPATHY, BADAHAT, 754211, KENDRAPARA, OR, India. You can also initiate a return request from the order status page. The return window remains open for 7 days after delivery. After this period, exchanges or returns cannot be accepted.

 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return
