Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window

Customers may cancel their order within 30 minutes of placing it and get a full refund. After 30 minutes, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled. You may request for return if you don't want your order after cancellation window closes.

2. How to Cancel an Order

Customers can request cancellation directly from the Order Page during the 30‑minute window. If the cancellation option is not visible, the order has already moved into processing or shipping.

3. Pharmacy‑Issued Invoice (Generated After 30 Minutes)

All orders are billed directly by licensed pharmacies.

  • The pharmacy generates the GST invoice only after the 30‑minute cancellation window closes.
  • Once the invoice is generated, the order is considered confirmed and non‑cancellable.
  • This ensures regulatory compliance and prevents cancellation after medicines are prepared for dispatch.

4. Orders Already Packed or Shipped

Once the order is packed or handed over to the courier (Delhivery, India Post, DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, etc.):

  • Cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Customers may refuse delivery; the parcel will return to the pharmacy.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the pharmacy receives the returned parcel.

5. International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Cancellation is allowed only within the 30‑minute window.
  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible due to export documentation and courier processing.

6. Non‑Delivery & Courier Issues

If the courier cannot deliver due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Customs restrictions (for international orders)

The parcel will be returned to the pharmacy. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after the parcel is received back.

7. Refund Timeline

Approved cancellations and returns will be refunded within 5–7 business days after confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. Non‑Cancellable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be cancelled once processing begins:

  • Temperature‑sensitive medicines
  • Special‑order remedies
  • Rare or imported items sourced specifically for the customer

9. Marketplace Model Transparency

Janakalyan Homeopathy operates a marketplace connecting customers with licensed pharmacies. Therefore:

  • Cancellation approval depends on the pharmacy’s dispensing status
  • Refunds are issued only after pharmacy confirmation
  • All processes follow strict compliance and documentation guidelines
