I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the delivery service provided by Jankalyan Homeopathy. Despite my explicit instruction during the first interaction to deliver my order before 1 PM—due to my professional commitments in a multinational corporation—the delivery person failed to comply multiple times.The delivery attempt was first made after 2 PM, well beyond the requested timeframe, and eventually, on the third day, the delivery was cancelled by the delivery personnel without any prior notice or valid explanation. To add insult to injury, I was charged Rs. 191.44 for an order that was never delivered.Such gross negligence and lack of professionalism in fulfilling the delivery commitments is unacceptable. This not only caused me inconvenience but also reflects poorly on your company's customer service standards.
